Please note all parcels are sent by First Class Post.There is no guarantee of next day delivery for First Class Post.
We are reliant on the postal system and at certain times this may take longer than we would like.This may occur at the Christmas period or at times of 'work to rule' strikes etc.Generally, we would hope that all parcels would be with you in 2-5 days.Any obvious delays due to stock shortages etc. we would let you know.
If you would like parcels to be sent by Special Delivery please ring first and we can quote for the postage costs for this service.

We can accept payment through invoice from Schools, County Councils and other approved organisations by request.

Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if you do need to return them please note that:-
You have seven working days from receipt of the goods to examine and decide if you wish to keep them. If you do not wish to keep them for any reason, we would request that they are returned to us as soon as possible at your own cost. We would prefer a telephone call or an email to let us know they are being returned. We shall return the cost of the goods.Please ensure that you have a proof of postage for the returns.
If you feel that the goods are faulty please also let us know in detail what the problem is and return the goods to us. We shall of course reimburse the cost of the goods and the postage.
